
Hi, I’m Hainy! I’m based in NYC and a graduate of the Certificate Pastry Program at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Boston. My passion is creating vegan pastries that taste every bit as indulgent and satisfying as their traditional counterparts, but without dairy or eggs.
I became vegan after my husband made the change first — his decision was inspired by wanting to protect and help animals, and it deeply resonated with me. Over time, I realized that my love for baking could align perfectly with my values, and I began exploring plant-based versions of my favorite pastries. I’ve been hooked ever since.
On my blog, you’ll find a mix of classic pastries with a vegan twist and creative new treats inspired by seasonal flavors and my travels. Whether you’re an experienced baker or just starting out, my goal is to help you feel confident in the kitchen, enjoy the process, and end up with something you can proudly share (or happily keep for yourself).
